AT&T Gets Paid To Spy On US

AT&T now brings new meaing to their slogan "mobilizing your world":

Hemisphere is a secretive program run by AT&T that searches trillions of call records and analyzes cellular data to determine where a target is located, with whom he speaks, and potentially why.

Like Yahoo, it appears AT&T is a law abiding company which complies with the laws of the United States.

But why do "our" laws allow everyone to spy on us when we cannot legally spy on anyone?

That's AFU, no?
