An EU Commissioner says that cash will disappear completely:
European Commissioner Günther Oettinger expects the complete end of cash. In the future you will pay with the Apple Watch, Oettinger said. The ECB therefore need not abolish the 500 euro note, because the market will do away with all cash.

Whose idea is this - bankers, corporations, or Satan's? Whatever the case, I don't like it. Coining money and regulating its value is a function of government. Once corporations take this over, nation states are dead.
