Starving Syria, Starving Us

Here is a report about the US-enabled famine in Syria:

We did the same thing to Iraq, and we're helping the Saudis do something similar to Yemen.

In my view, there is no ethical or legal justification for any of these genocidal acts. The fact that our leaders think otherwise is one of the tragedies of our time.

But why should I care, you may ask? Because a government which can "justify" the starvation of millions of children somewhere else in the world will someday decide that you and yours deserve to be starved, too.

In fact, they're doing it already. Just open your eyes and see the bread lines stretching for miles in our cities. The people of Iraq, Syria, and Yemen fought back against their oppressors. What the hell is wrong with us? We're doing NOTHING while our nation and its support structures are being torn to shreds.
