John Kerry's Climate Change Goals

According to a little-read report, John Kerry apparently has the following "climate change" goals:

1. A huge rebuilding of the United States’ military bases,

2. Countering China in the Pacific, and

3. Preparing for a war with Russia in the newly-melted Arctic.

Yes, the wording isn't exactly the same, but Kerry's think tank clearly has some bizarre ideas.

Do we want retired generals, admirals, and other hawks to control our economic and foreign policies? I sure don't.
