Read This Before You Take The Vaccine

Note well - The "official" concern is not potential harm to the elderly and others who take the vaccine, but that the side effects will persuade people not to take it.

This appears to be a policy similar to that adopted in 1955 when a defective Cutter vaccine actually GAVE polio to children. The government at first covered it up because it knew people would avoid the vaccine if they discovered what was happening.
