Sadly, we're unlikely to get anything like this from the federal government.
Remember how Obama ad-Dajjal promised to employ millions to repair our infrastructure? Well, he didn't do a damn thing except spend trillion$ of dollar$ we didn't have, thereby shoveling more money into the hands of the bankers. No jobs were created or saved.
Since Biden is listening to the same gang of monetary morons, he's likely to do more of the same.
