According to this report, the IRS is directly contradicting the requirements of the CARE Act for distribution of checks to senior citizens:

PLEASE give some other agency the authority to distribute these funds, and fire all the morons at IRS who either cannot read or refuse to faithfully implement our laws.
At this point in time, the IRS fully qualifies as a "non-essential" organization. There is no activity left for them to tax, and they cannot seem to get anything else right.
