Of particular note is the part dealing with the 2001 anthrax "attacks". As I have mentioned before, the anthrax scare played a key role in ramming through the Patriot (sic) Act ... and COVID-19 is playing a similar role in the on-going implementation of the technocratic restructuring of our way of life.
