Here is what an MSNBC talking head thinks about "authoritarian decline" in the US:

While I agree with the "We the People" aspect of his screed, the focus on Trump is off the mark.
The real authoritarianism of our time is coming from banks, corporations, big tech, big pharma, social media giants, political parties, and others who are severely restricting what we can and cannot do, say, or think. And no matter how many Trump haters come out of the woodwork, this trend will not be reversed until We the People call a general strike (or the equivalent) against ALL the bad actors in this depressing play.
Mr. Hayes' job, should he decide to perform it correctly, is to inform us about ALL the facts ... not to merely harp about one aspect of this decline. How about it, Chris?
TV talking heads, either active or retired, should NOT be injecting their personal views into the news stream. Here is an example:

Trump may indeed be portrayed by the MSM as a sick, ignorant man, but how do we know that Bloomberg is any different? Check out some of his statements, and you will find he may be just as bad:

I find it instructive that Bloomberg's apparent depravity is being laughed off as "humor" while Trump's is presented as the end of the world. Once again, they're putting lipstick on a pig.
And if he runs with Hillary, there's no telling WHAT we'll wind up with.
