For most if not all of my lifetime, we have been spending tons of money "modernizing" our nuclear weapons arsenal. And according to this report, Obama ad-Dajjal is even worse than Reagan in this regard:

Why do we need these weapons? Do we still think MAD is a strategy for sane people to promote?
I believe that some part of this money (perhaps most of it) is being spent on the behalf of Israel. If there is anyone on this planet who thinks they can get away with using nuclear weapons, it's the Israelis.
Why not just follow federal law and boycott, divest, and sanction them? I thought that's what America does to countries with illegal nuclear weapons programs.
