According to Ukraine, there are 100,000 Russian troops massed on their border:

I would be highly suspicious of this claim. Why?
During the run-up to Desert Storm, the US showed the Saudis satellite photos of Iraqi troops "massed on the Saudi border". An independent news organization investigated this claim using satellites not controlled by the US, and they discovered that no such troop buildup existed.
Moral of the story: Don't trust US claims about their "enemies" ... ever. And don't trust US puppets like Ukraine, either.
