I do. It's a cool show. And it's very prescient regarding US government spying. I'm currently watching all the Season One episodes, and I intend to re-watch the Season Two episodes when the DVD comes out.
The show tries to make you believe that the information gathered by "The Machine" can be used to prevent violent crimes which are not related to terrorism. It also tries to make you believe that if people found out about The Machine its creators would go to jail.
Well, as this essay in The New York Times reveals, not only are its creators NOT going to jail, they are now more or less considered to be indispensable heroes:

The show demonstrates clearly that everyone who chose to know what the NSA was doing DID know. The real world version of The Machine was created not in secret but quite out in the open. Congress claims not to have known, but they CHOSE to not know (spearheaded by people like Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein). The National Security State is their creation; they can amend or repeal it any time they choose (if they can also grow the necessary balls to do so).
Big Brother is not a person. He is the embodiment of the people at large. WE created the Congress which created the agency which created The Machine. We not only tolerate it, we demand it. You might even say that we LOVE it.
It is not God, but it is rapidly becoming OUR god. And that is something we will live to regret.
