Here's what I don't get: They tell us that our social programs are bankrupt, but we're about to sign up several million new recipients. What's with that?
I think the whole program is part of our COIN-based restructuring; i.e., it is the proverbial straw designed to break the camel's back of America. We'll see. It's one thing to have the good intention to help everyone in the world. It's another thing altogether to have the resources to do it.
