Funny the author should mention Cass Sunstein in the context she chose. Any dissenter who is now falsely labeled as a "conspiracy theorist" should give thanks to Sunstein:

If as Sunstein claims we suffer from a "crippled epistemology", it is because we suffer from a government that operates in total secrecy while relentlessly spying on everyone it can. The BEST way to prove or disprove "conspiracy theories" is to let everyone see and read everything. We're all adults, quite capable of discerning for ourselves what is and what is not the truth.

We don't need no stinking Harvard law professors to help us in that regard; unless Cass is willing to persuade his buddy Obama ad-Dajjal to ACTUALLY have the most transparent administration in history.
