When I was investigating Gulf War Syndrome back in the 1990's, that is exactly what all the chemical warfare labs in the world told me: samples are worthless unless properly collected and preserved AND accompanied by a credible chain of custody.

Once again, Obama ad-Dajjal is doing what his handlers want him to do instead of doing what is right. The only "red line" which has been crossed is the one in his drug-addled brain.
