Somehow the court can find gay rights in the Constitution, but not the following (which, unlike gay rights, are specifically mentioned):
- Freedom of religion
- Freedom of speech
- Freedom of the press
- Freedom of assembly
- Freedom from self incrimination
- The right to due process
- The right to keep and bear arms
Yes, the Constitution says you can do what you want, but it also says the government's powers are limited. Those limits MUST be restored, or the tyranny which allows you freedom today will take it away tomorrow.
