You probably have heard about the homeless man who gave his last $20 to some stranded motorists, who then raised funds for him.
Well, somehow the money has vanished:

It's not certain what happened here, but if the fundraisers were concerned about how the money would be spent, they should have put ALL of it into a supervised escrow account for the intended beneficiary. It was not up to them to decide he was a "bum" who couldn't be trusted with the money.
It is my fervent wish that the court will place a lien on all the property of whoever absconded with these funds.
