Prosperity From The Internet Of Things ???

con man tech icon says there will be "a new Internet, 'after Google', of limitless entrepreneurship and prosperity rooted in human creativity."

You can read all about it @

I think this is garbage.

We are headed for a global society with only four classes of people:
  • owners
  • creators
  • users
  • useless eaters

Only a select few will be owners, and they will indeed prosper. In fact, they'll be filthy rich.

Many of the creators will be AI "beings" or robots. Should we care whether or not they prosper?

Some of the users will indeed be prosperous, otherwise they could not afford to be users.

That leaves the "useless eaters", who will be the largest group by far (I would estimate at least 90% of all humanity). By no means will they prosper. They may not even have the means to survive.

So what is this con man tech icon talking about? His predictions only make sense if the owners and creators start SHARING what they own and create - but that is not happening and is unlikely to happen in the future without radical revisions to the global economic system. Merely implementing Blockchain transactions is nowhere near enough to make a difference.
