Democrats are threatening to impeach Kavanaugh if he is confirmed to SCOTUS:

Q: Is the impeachment process intended for past acts, or for acts committed while the person holds the office from which he would be impeached?
A: That's a doozy of a question. I say it would only apply to past acts if he were tried and convicted of a crime related to such alleged past acts. And that is not likely to happen.
Hell, they haven't even convicted Weinstein and Spacey yet, and I thought there was PLENTY of evidence to back up the accusations against them.
These impeachment threats are just another way the seditionists intend to impede and destroy our government. As far as I am concerned, they can go to hell.
