A Colossal Waste Of Money

The Mayor of Chicago wants to build a temple where people can go to worship Obama ad-Dajjal. You can read about it here:

 Chicago is not only broke, it is billions of dollars in debt. So what will be the source of this largess?

 I suggest that the good people of Chicago get their police force to stop shooting black people. That would not only save enough money to pay for the Obama ad-Dajjal temple center, it also would benefit the black citizens of that city a lot more than his administration ever did.
