I'd like to suggest a cause - the US has the ability to conduct such attacks, and it would not surprise me if the CIA was doing this to our own people. They're (the CIA) against Cuba, China, Russia, etc., and what better way to stir up public hatred of these countries than to make it look like they attacked our fellow Americans?
Don't trust "our" government. No one else in the world does; why should we?
Think about this - how could such 'attacks" POSSIBLY benefit China?

The Chinese are NOT dumb. I doubt they would do something like this.
