The Most Troubling Aspect Of The United Airlines Incident

Many people were shocked to see what apparently happened to Dr. Dao when he was removed from a UA plane in Chicago.

What bothers me even more is that his "troubled past" was revealed in the wake of the incident. You can find some of the accusations about him here:

From this perspective, lots of people have "troubled pasts". Does that somehow justify assaulting them?

Thanks to the Internet, we all now live in "glass houses". Knowing that, we ought to cut each other a LOT of slack.

By the way, THIS report laments that the incident may threaten the future of Chicago's airport police forces:

Why hasn't the MSM expressed concern that the incident may threaten the future of Dr. Dao, including his ability to practice medicine?

  1. By the way, stop perpetuating the lie that the flight was "overbooked". It was not. The problem started when UA decided that it's employees were more important than some of its passengers.
