Marco Rubio is getting behind a state-based effort to amend the Constitution with term limits and other restrictions on the federal government -- energizing the movement as the Republican presidential candidates try to woo Tea Party-aligned voters.
The Florida senator joins a handful of other GOP candidates in backing the push, an against-the-odds campaign being waged by conservative advocacy groups and state lawmakers.

LEAVE THE CONSTITUTION ALONE. Nearly every amendment following the Bill of Rights has weakened it and destroyed the sovereignty of the States and of We The People.
If you want to strengthen this government using radical measures, I suggest the following:
1. Impeach and/or prosecute all US war criminals - Dubya, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Obama ad-Dajjal, Hillary at a minimum
2. Prosecute Hillary using the espionage act
3. Prosecute Bill Clinton for his sex crimes
4. Break up the Clinton Foundation using the RICO Act
5. Remove foreign influence from DC, especially the Israelis
6. Stop supporting corrupt dictators around the world
7. Break up the CIA
8. Stop the drone assassination program
9. Disband the Special Forces assassination squads
10. Stop supporting the drug cartels
11. Prosecute the bankgangsters
12. Tax corporations into submission
