Are Rabbis Sabotaging the ME Peace Process ???

A group of Jewish rabbis has written to Secretary of State John Kerry. Their letter more or less sabotages the Middle East peace process by threatening Kerry with the wrath of G-d:

Your incessant efforts to expropriate integral parts of our Holy Land and hand them over to Abbas’s terrorist gang, amount to a declaration of war against the Creator and Ruler of the universe. For G-d awarded the entire Land of Israel to our ancestors, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, in order that they bequeath it, as an everlasting inheritance, to their descendants, the Jewish people, until the end of all time.

If you continue on this destructive path, you will ensure your everlasting disgrace in Jewish history for bringing calamity upon the Jewish people – like Nebuchadnezer and Titus who destroyed, respectively, the first and second great Temples and the entire Holy City of Jerusalem, and who, by Heavenly punishment, brought eventual disaster upon themselves, too.

By the power of our Holy Torah, we admonish you to cease immediately all efforts to achieve these disastrous agreements – in order to avoid severe Heavenly punishment for everyone involved.

Well, well, well ... at least now we know what's really going on. The Israelis are staking their Biblical claim to Greater Israel and making it clear that this claim overrides international law.

They are also threatening our Secretary of State with "Heavenly punishment". This is the equivalent of a death threat, and it should not go unchallenged. Are we to be compared to Babylon and Rome (Nebuchadnezer and Titus)?

As I have said before, we need to do one of two things:
  • Either admit that what is going on is a "holy war" which will usher in the Kingdom of G-d; or
  • Follow the US Constitution and cut off all ties with Israel and all other theocracies.

US Constitution, First Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ...

If Israel is to be a "Jewish state" whose territorial boundaries are specified by the Torah or Bible, then it is an "establishment of religion" with which we should have NO official government relationships.

OR, we can completely toss out our Constitution and declare that the US is ALSO a theocracy and proceed accordingly.

What, for example, should our response be if Kerry is somehow now "punished"? Should we agree with the rabbis that G-d was responsible for it ... or should we hunt down and bring to justice all Israeli terrorists like we have hunted down the so-called "Muslim terrorists"?

These are not trivial questions. If we believe in G-d and in the promises He has made through His covenants, then we should follow what the Bible says to do, and stop doing what the Bible says not to do.

If we ignore this situation and continue on the path we're on, the decision will be made for us by others. And at that point, who among us will be able to discern whether the decision came from G-d or Satan, from Christ or Antichrist?

Along with this, we need to consider whose version of the Kingdom of G-d is the valid one. As I have said before, there cannot be two Messiahs (one for Jews who is a man only, and one for Christians who is both a man and G-d):

In this so-called "peace process", the Israeli side is now represented both by a secular government and a rabbinate. Who or what are the Christian equivalents of this representation? Kerry officially represents our secular government, but who is our "rabbinate"? Obama ad-Dajjal, the false prophet? The Pope?

There is a lot at stake here, so we can't just sweep these things under the rug.
