Now Obama ad-Dajjal wants to murder another US citizen without trial. You can read about it here, and it's worth reading to see the kind of mental shenanigans the thugs in our "Justice (sic) Department" go through to justify the administration's crimes:

Let's go through this once again. The apparent suspicions about this man are that he is making war against the United States. Redefining it as "terrorism" instead of "treason" is a bullshit stratagem used by the oath-breakers who don't want to abide by the Constitution's restraint of their endless blood lust.
And what does the Constitution say about treason?
US Constitution, Article III, Section 3
1: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
2: The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason ... [i.e., the President does NOT have such Power].
US Constitution, Fifth Amendment
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
If this man has committed treason, he cannot be convicted without a trial in which two witnesses testify to THE SAME OVERT ACT. Not suspicions ... an overt act.
If this man has committed an otherwise infamous crime, he cannot be punished without a Grand Jury indictment and a trial (i.e., due process). The secret shenanigans of Obama ad-Dajjal and his minions are NOT due process.
Congress cannot legislate away Constitutional protections. The President cannot nullify the Constitution by issuing executive orders.
Remember John Brown of pre-Civil War fame? He waged war on the United States; he committed treason. He got a trial, and sane people actually defended his actions. Obama ad-Dajjal's current target deserves the same. The Constitution to which he and every other public servant has sworn an oath requires it.
Congress, the courts, and the people MUST put a stop to this. If we do not do so, it is GAME OVER for the republic once known as the United States of America.
