Q: How did the Federal Reserve Bank, a private institution, accumulate over $4 trillion in assets?

A: They printed publicly backed fiat money (which was added to your debt, not theirs) and used it to purchase private assets which now belong to them.
Do you now see why private banks are a bad idea? Why isn't the Treasury issuing our government's currency? The only difference between what the Fed does and what the Treasury is consitutionally empowered to do is that if the Treasury issued our currency we would not have to pay interest on the debt.
The creature from Jekyll Island and the bankgangsters who run it are our masters. Don't you forget it.
