Here is a provocative essay by Professor James Petras on the "Israel First" Industry:

The big question I have is this: why is it acceptable for Zionists to convert their charities into fronts for terror activities against Palestinians ... while it is unacceptable for the Palestinians to raise money to fight that Zionist terror?
You see, both sides of that conflict are doing more or less the same thing and have more or less the same goal ... for the other side to disappear. Both sides say that G-d (or Allah) supports their cause. The tipping point so far has not been divine intervention on either side, but instead has been the support of the United States for one side instead of the other.
So if WE are going to make the difference, we should ask why we chose the side we did. Is it because we believe the Bible and not the Koran?
And if that's the case, why did we do that? To Muslims, Jesus is a revered prophet, while to Jews he is a despised heretic. Neither of them ever will admit that He is G-d.
Is it because of the Holocaust? No Arabs or Muslims caused or participated in the Holocaust, so why should they be dispossessed and punished because of it?
Or is it because of the totally unbelievable government-supported conspiracy theories about Osama bin Laden and the 9/11 "terror attacks"?
The whole thing does not make any sense to me. Does it make any sense to you?
