Given the overall circumstances in which it currently exists, ObamaDon'tCare cannot be fixed. The United States cannot be fixed. Not with the millstone of debt which is hanging on our necks.
Both are going to be re-invented, possibly by Hillary Rodham and her ilk, and the outcomes of those re-inventions are going to be catastrophic: something like what Gorbachev (and then the oligarchs) did to the former USSR.
