Now that Gaddafi is dead and Libya is in chaos, the US and AFRICOM can continue to build the types of master-slave relationships with local dictators that characterize America's forays into formerly colonized lands. Then the economic hit men will descend upon the "dark continent" to ensure the chains of slavery are re-hammered onto the ankles of these hapless people.
