Public safety?

What does pepper spraying children have to do with public safety? Was this cop suspended or fired for doing this? I'll bet not.

The video is mostly about Canadian and African police, but are things any different in the US? By the way, the part about them not writing their reports until after speaking to lawyers is nearly identical to an event which occurred down at Gitmo when NCIS apparently destroyed a set of contemporaneous notes after they took over an investigation of 3 detainee deaths.

These are the guys we're turning our country over to? You didn't give a damn when they pulled this kind of shit in Iraq and Afghanistan, but how do you like it now that they do it here?
