Who Benefits Most From Net Zero ???

According to this chart, Asian companies manufacture over 80% of the world's EV batteries:

When you consider that China also dominates the market for solar cells:

... you'll have to admit that "net zero" is going to benefit China far more than the US.

In fact, instead of stimulating the US economy the "Joe Biden" agenda appears aimed at supporting those in the US who will no longer have jobs in the global marketplace. What sort of strategy is that? We cannot continue to consume without producing anything of value.
