Perhaps this is just bureaucratic overkill, or maybe "Joe Biden" just hates religion (which in this country is overwhelmingly Christian). Apparently he also hates private ownership of firearms, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, etc.
There are many potential reasons for this, but among them is the possibility he is the Antichrist. Keep in mind the first Horseman of the Apocalypse (the rider of the white horse) represents pestilence, and "Joe Biden's" agenda is clearly centered around COVID-19 and its aftermath, closely followed by war, death, and famine.
No matter when the End Times start, they always start with pestilence.
