Dear Joe - Sticking all this important stuff on an Internet of Things (IoT) is of little or no real benefit to the majority of people on the planet. We did just fine before DARPA enabled the Internet, and we could easily revert to safe and secure systems at any time, if only TPTB would let us. But NO ... corporations and their political stooges like you have no intention of releasing us from the IoT prison they have created.
Frankly I see no reason whatsoever (other than a further increase in corporate power over our lives) to go to war with anyone over something so stupid, intrusive, and unnecessary as the Internet.
I know that many disagree with me over this, but don't you think they'll change their minds when mushroom clouds start springing up in their cities? Of course it will be too late then, but perhaps that's what you really want.
