Yesterday, I saw a sign in one of my neighbor's yards which read "evolution is racism".
Hmmm ...
I've also read the following:
- Science is racist
- Technology is racist
- Engineering is racist
- Mathematics is racist
- Language is racist
How is it that everything we recently believed our children needed to succeed in the world is somehow now "racist"?
If our world is to be converted into an Internet of Things (IoT), then how can we believe that its basis (i.e., the STEM skills which support an IoT) can be racist and therefore worthy of destruction? Does that make any sense to anyone?
If we follow such "logic" to its conclusion, I think we'll find the ultimate racism is embodied in the super AI singularity paradigm, in which an all-knowing, all-capable self-aware artificial intelligence becomes an ubermensch, while most of humanity becomes obsolete underlings.
Didn't we fight WWII to prevent such a thing from happening?
