Children and adults in Israel suddenly become ill with various viral infections that usually only occur in winter. "We have never seen anything like it", says Dr. Tal Brosh, head of the Infectious Disease Department at Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital.

Hypothetically if someone wanted to cull the human herd, destroying our immune systems would be one way to go. And it apparently would be relatively easy to get away with such a thing, since the tools for silencing experts and keeping the public confused already are in place and quite effective.
