There has been a measles outbreak in Israel, chiefly in Jerusalem. You can read about it here:

Note well the report does NOT sling insults at non-vaccinated persons, unlike in the USA where they would be labelled as religious fanatics or nutcases.
Apparently some people in Israel DO have religious freedom.
