Chelsea For President 2020 ???

I'm not sure why this should even be a remote possibility:

I would put it two steps down from "Oprah for President" and two steps up from "Kanye for President".

Should any of them get elected to anything, I would consider that proof our government has become a kakistocracy (a state or country run by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens).

And yes, it all started with Dubya.
