Did Turkey Murder Russia's Intelligence Chief ???

The Turkish secret is to have the Russian intelligence chief Igor Sergun killed in Lebanon. A corresponding media report is neither confirmed nor denied by the Kremlin. The Erdogan government adheres entirely covered. If the report is true, that could lead to new tensions between Moscow and Ankara. [poor translation]

"Could lead to new tensions"? What would we do if someone assassinated one of our intelligence chiefs? This is insanely reckless.
