Obama's SCOTUS Pick Started The OKC Bombing Coverup

Here's another reason why I think Merrick Garland should NOT be confirmed for SCOTUS:

Days after a huge bomb killed 168 people in Oklahoma City in April 1995, Merrick B. Garland was on the ground even as bodies were still being recovered, examining the crime scene and preparing for an eventual prosecution.

Merrick B. Garland was the highest-ranking Justice Department official dispatched to Oklahoma City after the deadly bombing there in 1995.

“It’s pretty somber when you’re looking at a desk with a jacket on the chair and a bottle of Coke, and a foot and a half away there is no floor - it’s just open air,” said Donna A. Bucella, a former colleague who went with Mr. Garland to survey the devastation.

Now a federal appeals court judge and a potential Supreme Court nominee, Judge Garland was then the highest-ranking Justice Department official dispatched to Oklahoma City in the aftermath of the bombing. He spent the ensuing weeks helping to start the case, and later supervised the prosecutors from department headquarters.

Your honor - PLEASE leave out the emotional crap. What we'd really like to know is why you let John Doe No. 2 get away and why Timothy McVeigh was railroaded into a death sentence.

The official story of OKC which is based in part upon your "investigation" is no more believable than the JFK assassination fable, the RFK assassination fable, the 9/11 fable, or the Boston Marathon bombing fable. If you are just another government hatchet man, I don't think you should be on SCOTUS.

Period.
