Apparently the alleged "constitutional law professor" has never read this:
US Constitution, Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Dear Barack - Did you sleep through that part of law school? No probable cause, no warrant. Period.
Without a warrant, they're SUPPOSED to be black boxes.
And how dumb can you be coming to AUSTIN, TX of all places during SXSW to tell us this? That's like saying the Reagans wanted to help people with HIV/AIDS - it's BEYOND stupid !!!
