Nigeria’s Army Of Psychopaths

Here is an opinion piece in The New York Times which accuses Boko Haram of being "an army of psychopaths":

And they apparently are just that.

But let's make some comparisons:

• Was the US Army "an army of psychopaths" when they raped and killed Indians, burned their villages, and kidnapped their children to put them into "Indian schools"?
• Was the US Army "an army of psychopaths" when they tortured and massacred Filipino insurrectionists and burned their villages?
• Was the US Army "an army of psychopaths" when they murdered Vietnamese and burned their villages (e.g., My Lai)?

Any group that engages in what we now call "ethnic cleansing" will do these things, and in this regard the United States and its allies appear to be no less guilty than Boko Haram.

Will our next President deal with that?
