The local infected patients, who were from Alameda, Orange, Pasadena, Riverside and San Diego, range in age from 8 months to 21 years old. Just one of the infected individuals had been fully vaccinated.

This demonstrates that vaccination does NOT prevent the spread of measles.
Measles is not indigenous to the United States. It is caused by uncontrolled immigration from regions where it is indigenous. Here are the CDC's own words about this:
In 2000, the United States declared that measles was eliminated from this country. This means that the disease is no longer native to the United States.
Since measles is still common in many countries, this disease will continue to be brought into the United States. Measles is highly contagious, so anyone who is not protected against measles is at risk of getting the disease.

In case you did not know, many of the tribes of North America were wiped out by measles infections caused by uncontrolled immigration from Europe. We are now in the same situation as were those tribes: we have no natural immunity to measles, and we're being subjected to the same sort of uncontrolled immigration by carriers of the virus.
And, of course, rather than control the importation of the disease, our government would rather give us vaccines, some of which no longer appear to work.
As an additional example of this, here is a report which states that the chicken pox vaccine has been shown to be ineffective in Korea, a country with a record of universal vaccination for the disease:

We have reason to question the efficacy of vaccines, but our rulers won't listen to us. Why is that?
My guess is that they think it's time to cull the herd ... and vaccines will be their weapon of choice.
Update: More people have been infected by "Mickey Mouse Measles":
Nineteen people from three states who visited Disney theme parks in California last month have now fallen ill with measles, health officials said Friday.
The patients all visited Disneyland or Disney California Adventure between Dec. 15 and Dec. 20, the California Department of Public Health and the Orange County Health Agency said.
Sixteen of the cases were in California, two in Utah, and one is in Colorado, officials said.
Officials in California said that of the 16 cases in the state they have only verified that two were fully vaccinated against the disease. Some were partially vaccinated and at least two were too young to be vaccinated.

As before, vaccination did not keep people from contracting the disease. The only solution is to stop uncontrolled immigration.
Second update: Thousands may have been exposed:
