Several high level bankers have been murdered or have "committed suicide" in the recent past:

I don't agree with the author that the murders are the work of vigilantes. It is more likely that the bankgangsters are killing each other, Mafia-style, as they compete for the remaining crumbs of global wealth.
Money is, after all, the root of all evil.
