Carrot and stick? Bribes and threats?
What happened to diplomacy and fair trade?
When the US empire collapses, there won't be a lot of carrots back here at home ... and the US military will be more than happy to use the stick against a hungry US population. And they'll be well fed for wielding that stick.
Frankly, I think the latest "confrontations" between ranchers and the BLM were staged as a test so that the government could watch and see who the militia is, how they communicate, who their leaders are, and how they operate. Just another step in the soon to be implemented higher stages of COG.
And note well that Uncle Sam's goal is continuity of government, not of the nation ... or the economy ... or the people; no ... continuity of government.
As in government of, by, and for bankgangsters, corporations, and their accomplices in the one percent.
