Of course no one was arrested. Was anyone arrested when we illegally invaded Afghanistan and Iraq? Was anyone arrested when we (allegedly) murdered Osama bin Laden? Was anyone arrested when our drones murdered hundreds of innocent people in SW Asia and Africa?
America is a land of hatred, and the US government has plenty of experience fomenting that hatred and using it for its nefarious purposes.
