Ways O violates the US Constitution

Yesterday was the 226th anniversary of the adoption of the US Constitution. Although it allegedly is still in effect, the number of ways it appears to have been violated by Obama ad-Dajjal, Congress, and the courts is astounding and growing day by day. Here are some lists of examples:

Not mentioned in the above lists are some true whoppers:

• Claiming the right to assassinate anyone, anywhere, including US citizens, without due process
• Claiming the right to imprison anyone, including US citizens, indefinitely without due process
• Claiming the right to spy on everyone, everywhere, without due cause

If Obama ad-Dajjal was ever in fact a "Constitutional law professor", the institution(s) which conferred his degree and hired him to such a position should have their accreditations revoked.

US Constitution

Article II, Section 1
8:  Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Article VI
3:  The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Clearly, these oaths/affirmations no longer mean anything ... other than to demonstrate that our government is filled with an astonishing number people who appear to hate the United States. A good example is Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who recently advised the people of Egypt to NOT use the US Constitution as a guide when writing one of their own:

With justices (sic) like her, who needs enemies?
