He's like Nixon on steroids, and there's no one with any balls in Congress willing to stop him.

Or perhaps we should say that the members of Congress APPROVE of what he is doing.

Can you spell "police state" or "tyrant"? You still can't? Why not? There must be more going on here than just a brain dead public. I think the basic principle at work is that "Big Brother is not a person, he is us; all of us collectively". This is what WE want, and that's why WE tolerate it, too. And not just tolerate it, we DEMAND it.

Has there ever been a more foolish people anywhere, ever?

By the way, today is the birthday of Nathan Hale, and the anniversary of Patrick Henry's death and of D-Day in World War 2. Apparently, they all lived and died for nothing.
