According to this report, no one knows why Japan seems to have a low number of SARS-CoV-2 cases:

Please note the list of tested hypotheses in the report does NOT include things like use of Ivermectin or early treatment. Such things "obviously" don't work, so they're apparently not even worthy of investigation.
Is that the kind of "science" you want, one in which alternative theories are rejected without any investigation? That sounds more like religion than science, doesn't it?
