According to this report, "Joe Biden" and Mayor Pete are "solving" the supply chain crisis by hiding several of the container ships stranded off the west coast:

Biden is a geriatric nincompoop, and Mayor Pete isn't even mentioned anymore in such narratives, even though the Dept of Transportation should play a role in finding solutions.
Mayor Pete is often mentioned as a possible replacement for "Joe Biden", but neither of them should be allowed near the White House, even as a visitor. Their incompetence stinks to high heaven.
