Speaker Pelosi wants to deprive President Trump of the ability to launch nuclear weapons:

The correct way to do this would be to invoke the 25th Amendment. If Trump's cabinet doesn't agree, then her actions are WAY over the top.

US Constitution Article 3, Section 3
1. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
Interfering with the president's powers at this time of chaos and perceived national weakness may leave the US open to attack. Doesn't that constitute giving aid and comfort to our enemies?
I submit there is little actual evidence that Trump is "unhinged", but plenty that Pelosi is.
